And now The Ghost is edited and ready to roll - I don't think I will tinker with it now but I will let it simmer a while yet before kicking it off the desk - pictured above. This picture is right now, 14.20 on the 1st of August, 2010 which means I have done what I set out to achieve throughout July. I am pleased about that - though not so sure about the novel. I always feel better starting than ending - but hey ho - off we go, onto the next project. Though finishing is like saying a reluctant goodbye to a lover, so I think I might have Richard Thompson closing it down... one step for aching, two steps for breaking, waltzing's for dreamers and losers in love...
